Partner School’s Principal Receives Prestigious Lindback Award
One of Chestnut Hill Rotary's partner schools, J.S. Jenks Academy for the Arts and Sciences, received the prestigious Lindback Award, recognizing their International Baccalaureate Program.
The award was given to honor Principal Corrine Scioli, also a Chestnut Hill Rotary member, for exceptional leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the school's community. Scioli was only one of seven school principals in the School District of Philadelphia to receive this recognition, which comes with a $20,000 to support programs of their choice.

The event is scheduled for Feb. 28 at 7:30 am, at the Center on the Hill, located at 8855 Germantown Ave. within the Presbyterian Church of Chestnut Hill. This engagement is open to the public and will feature a presentation titled “Crime in the City,” specifically focusing on the issue of violent crime in Philadelphia and the challenges it poses to law enforcement.
