Chestnut Hill Rotary Strategic Planning Survey
Just as a map guides people from one location to their destination, a strategic plan that is rooted in action guides an organization through achieving its goals and, ultimately, fulfilling its strategic vision.
Strategic plans are important for Rotary clubs, too. Rotary’ s survey results have shown us that clubs that develop and follow a strategic plan are stronger than clubs that don’t because they have more satisfied members who view their clubs and Rotary more positively overall.
Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats
So, it’s a healthy step for our club to periodically assess its strengths and challenges with the intention of making the club better for all. However, we need your help.
We would greatly appreciate if you would complete the survey below. The intent of the survey is to gain an understanding of the current status of our club from the members’ perspective which will be used to inform a plan for the future. We also intend to identify opportunities and challenges in the community by meeting with or surveying some of our local community leaders.
The survey is Phase 1 of the planning process. Phase 2 will be 'What do we want our Club to look like?' Phase 3, 'Make a plan: How can we achieve the vision?" Phase 4, Tracking progress.
Kindly complete the survey below by Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Responses from club members and the community will be synthesized by President Elect, Jay Pennie and reviewed by the club board of directors and all members interested in planning at a future date in the spring.
Member Survey Questions
We will share overall results of the survey with all members but will not share members’ names. So please take the time to respond to the questions candidly and thoughtfully. Please be specific in your answers.
